1. Order Accuracy & Quality Guarantee

All our products are custom-made and printed on demand by our in-house production team.
Before shipping, every item goes through a strict quality control process to ensure the best possible product reaches you.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong item, size, or design was sent
  • The print quality or material is significantly different from the product description

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected], and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for your return or replacement process.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because all our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size, color, or style ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

5. Replacement Policy

If your item qualifies for a replacement:

  • We will reprint and ship a new item at no additional cost
  • Replacement production time is usually 3–5 business days
  • You do not need to return the defective item unless requested by our support team

6. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  1. Please verify your shipping address.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
  3. If still unresolved, contact us at [email protected] and we will help investigate.

We will resend or refund your order if the package is confirmed lost by the carrier.

7. Cancellations

Because orders go into production shortly after placement, cancellations are only accepted within 6 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

For defective or incorrect items, 9TeeFusion will cover all return and reshipping costs.
For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
