- Processing Time: 3–5 business days after payment verification.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom or personalized designs may require additional processing time.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We proudly ship our products worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada, UK, Australia: 7–15 business days
- Other International Locations: 10–20 business days
These are estimated delivery times. Actual times may vary depending on customs, carrier delays, or peak season demand.
3. Shipping Rates
We keep our shipping simple and transparent:
- United States: Flat rate $6.95
- Europe and all other countries: Flat rate $9.95
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $150 (applies automatically at checkout)
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.
4. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time, including:
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express.
Each order comes with a tracking number, sent via email once your order has shipped.
5. Order Tracking
After shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 7 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 24 hours after purchase. Once your package has been shipped, we cannot change or reroute it.
